Good views, thoroughly enjoyed marvellous setting.

The place was clean and little, it had very very nice and really kind staff on the reception desk.

The location was awesome, right next to The Civic Theatre. There were a large supermarket and a supermarket around the hotel. The room in good condition. It was nice to have a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge available.

Easy check in and late check out. Separate room, large bathroom. Handy and absolutely perfect location, very close to St Matthew-in-the-City Church.

It's own balcony and a lounge area in the room, great location. Location not far from historic church across road as well as good cafe and restaurants. Also, to a big supermarket within a walking distance.

We spent 2 nights in executive suite with free breakfast and great views over AKL, as for instance.

Views appeared to be not so great.

Location: the hotel was close to the underground, harbour and nice restaurants. We went out for dinner, found Food Truck Garage, it was relatively close to the property. The food was good, with a lot of options.

This place truly feels like a home away from home. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great central location. A real gem for those traveling by car.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints whatsoever.

One bedroom apartment was well equipped with washing machine, dryer and full kitchen with big fridge. Room was clean with tv in bedroom and living room. Shower was strong and overall feeling in the unit was good. Located next to Auckland's Sky Tower, it is also within walking distance to the main shopping area in town.

Car Park was small and could not accomodate all the cars but there was another public car park opposite the hotel for $15. Ventilation in the lift should also be improved.

Walking distance to the shops and galleries

The strong odour in the hotel and my room from the restaurant next door, poor internet connectivity, lack of service between 9 pm and 8 am.

Great location, easy pickup, 24-hour store, ethnic food, nearby subway. Close to Skytower. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

The location of Quest was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The size of our apartment was spacious and perfect for our family. The kitchenette and laundry facilities were a great convenience for a longer stay. The bed was comfortable and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. I would recommend Quest for a short city stay.
